The Student Union operates the conference facilities to maximize usage for the University community and, when available, to the larger community in Boise and in Idaho. Priority scheduling is given to ASBSU recognized student organizations and University departments. Preference is also given to groups, which further the University's community service mission, enhance educational opportunities in Idaho, or are of a governmental nature.

University Departments may reserve meeting rooms and ballrooms in the Student Union Building to conduct departmental meeting and/or events.
Guests of Boise State
Non-university groups may reserve meeting rooms or ballrooms in the Student Union Building provided space is available.
How to Reserve a Room
Once you submit your request either by fax or on-line, you will be contacted by an Event Coordinator within one business day or 24 hours. Please note that your request for a room will not be confirmed until an Event Coordinator contacts you with a confirmation. The Student Union does not confirm advance reservations more than one semester in advance without explicit authorization of the Student Union Administration.
