Policies and Guidelines for Catered and Special Event Services Outside of the Student Union Building
The Student Union and University Conference Services provide services and equipment for catered and special events on and off campus. The following policies and guidelines apply to catered and special events outside of the Student Union Building. Delivery, set-up, and equipment rental charges will apply. For event inside of the Student Union Building, please refer to the Student Union Event Policies and Guidelines available through Conference Services.
Catered Events � On Campus
- Conference Services will provide food service tables for catered events free of charge. Theses are tables used for buffets, beverage service, and staff service stations.
- Dining tables and chairs for up to 100 persons can be provided by Conference Services. Delivery, set-up, and rental charges will apply.
- For events over 100 persons, tables and chairs can be rented from FO&M or an outside rental agency. The University Catering sales office can assist with the scheduling of rental tables and chairs.
- Event tables are 6�x30� tables, 66� round tables, and 36�Rx42�H cocktail tables. Delivery, set-up, and rental charges will apply.
- Event chairs are black folding chairs. No other chairs from the Student Union are available for use outside of the Student Union Building. Delivery, set-up, and rental charges will apply.

- Dining tables and chairs fro up to 100 persons can be provided by Conference Services. Delivery, set-up, and rental charges will apply. This service is available for university related events only.

- Event chairs are black folding chairs. No other chairs from the Student Union are available for use outside of the Student Union Building. Delivery, set-up, and rental charges will apply. This service is available for university related events only.
- Off campus, non-university events are required to rent dining tables and chairs from an outside rental company. The University Catering sales office can assist with the scheduling of rental tables and chairs.
Audio Visual Equipment
Limited audio visual services are available outside of the Student Union for university related events. Delivery, set-up, equipment rental, and hourly Audio Visual Technician labor rates will apply.
Conference Equipment
Limited conference equipment is available outside of the Student Union for university related events. Delivery, set-up, and equipment rental charges will apply.

The following rates apply to events outside of the Student Union Building. For events inside of the Student Unions Building, please refer to the Audio Visual, Equipment, and Labor Rates available through Conference Services.

*Audio visual equipment requested from outside of the Student Union Building is available with permission from the Assistant Director of Conference Services or the Technical Services Manager.
